Training: Health and digital

A medical professional holding a phone and a stethoscope. Infront of them are some blocks showing different medical tools.

There is significant potential for digital inclusion to improve the health and well-being of older people and people with a long-term health condition in Wales. The rapid growth in digital technologies offers amazing opportunities for people to actively participate in their care and improve their health and well-being. There is a serious risk that people who are digitally excluded get left behind creating further health inequalities.

The Digital Communities Wales programme can offer support to your organisation to help address this. Please get in touch with us.
