Medrwn Môn

Medrwn Môn is an independent agency based in Llangefni providing support and advice to voluntary organisations and community groups on Anglesey enabling them to work more effectively.

They are involved with a number of projects on Anglesey that support people who live on the island, including Car Linc Môn – a voluntary community transport Scheme, Môn Community Link – which is a social prescribing scheme and the Technology in Care project that support patients within GP surgeries to use the NHS Wales app.

Lon Moseley, Digital Inclusion Adviser at Digital Communities Wales said “The work done by Medrwn Mon in supporting the GP surgeries and people of Anglesey to embrace the NHS Wales App has been essential to its success. Having someone locally who understood the issues people faced as well as the time and skills to support them has been invaluable and has increased the uptake and confidence of people using the NHS Wales app on Anglesey”.
