As part of our Corporate Plan Digital Exclusion project, we created work streams to identify and combat Digital Inclusion. We employed a Project Manager to ensure that there were successful outcomes from these workstreams. As these workstreams came to their end date we worked with each department involved to ensure that this work was embedded into their everyday work. This has been successful, and all the work mentioned above is now continuing as business as usual.
We are working on a new Digital Inclusion workstream under the auspices of our new Corporate Plan to build on the success of the last project, by working across and beyond Council services, particularly with Third Sector partners.
