Digital Health and Care Wales
As the national body responsible for national digital systems for Health and Care in Wales, ensuring we make the digital services we provide as accessible and inclusive as possible is critical. DHCW is committed to supporting Digital Inclusion, with commitment within our strategic plan, our IMTP, and support from the most senior levels of the organisation, including our CEO as executive sponsor, our Chair and regular reporting to our Board. Our newly established DHCW wide Digital Inclusion Working Group will ensure digital inclusion is embedded across DHCW, and through identifying opportunities and continuous learning develop our efforts. We are committed to working with others to drive this agenda across the system and will ensure digital inclusion is included within our partnerships to identify further opportunities. We look forward to working with our partners, including Digital Communities Wales, to drive accessible and inclusive digital health and care services for the people of Wales.
