DWP Wales Universal Credit Operational Delivery

The Department is committed to ensuring both internal and external customers are supported with the confidence to enable everyone to embrace new technology so no one is left behind. DWP staff have access to different learning or supporting products designed to increase Digital Confidence and Capability. In addition, DWP works with external providers to ensure our customers have access to digital training and devices, which in-turn facilitates access to digital health tools and services to support health and well-being. DWP has also teamed with Microsoft to ensure staff are fully trained in accessibility fundamentals in order to support jobseekers with disabilities get support and guidance when looking for employment.
