Training: Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Communities and digital

Digital Communities Wales supports organisations that are working with digitally excluded people. At a significant risk of exclusion is the Gypsy, Roma Traveller community, as they face more barriers than most. Those barriers can include lack of access to broadband, difficulty with subscription access due to lack of a fixed home address, literacy and communication skills. As the world becomes increasingly digitised, this community will need more bespoke support and interventions to ensure that they are not left behind, especially where matters of health, and access to healthcare is concerned.    

Through working in partnership, Digital Communities Wales can support your organisation to help the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities in Wales to engage with the online world.
