Foundation and essential digital skills
Improving digital skills and confidence is key to the support we provide at DCW, more information about the Essential Digital Skills Framework can be found here: Essential Digital Skills Framework. This framework sets out the digital skills most Internet users would need to make the most of day-to-day online activities, from shopping online to starting a video call with a friend or colleague. Our training covers many topics and cross cutting themes from the framework, which are:
- Digital Foundation skills
- Communicating
- Handling information and content
- Transacting
- Problem solving
- Being safe and legal online
If you would like to discuss your training needs, or find out more about the sessions we have on offer, please contact us and one of the team will be in touch.
